The project consists of reconstruction/renovation of the existing hotel building in the balneological resort "Phazisi" and the addition of functions like a spa center, open and closed swimming pools, restaurants, conference halls, etc.

The composition of the building is inspired by the nature of Racha and the Caucasus mountains. Selected materials underline the environment and bring harmony between nature and architecture:  brick, local wood, river stone, and other natural materials.
