Lisi multi-family residential
The project is located in Tbilisi, near Tkhinvala Street and in the northern part of Varazi Street.
A 4-story multi-family residential building will incorporate residential apartments and their proportional parking lots. Along with this, on the first floor of the building, spaces are allocated for commercial spaces supporting the residential function.
The composition of the facade is simple and minimalist, with a synthesis of light-colored bricks, white doors and windows, and balconies, which gives a special lightness to the building with a rather large volume.
The building has 4 floors and is adapted to the terrain in such a way that it allows easy access to the commercial areas on the 1st floor. The building has two entrances, an elevator, and a stairwell.
On the 1st floor, along with the parking and commercial spaces, there are separate self-storage facilities that will be used by the neighborhood.
