Hotel IBIS in Kutaisi

The project is located in the Tskaltubi region, the village of Partskhanakanev, north of the Kutaisi airport, along the Tbilisi-Senaki-Leselidze highway.

The land plot is characterized by a straight relief. It is located at an average of 43.00 m above sea level.

The project is the 150-room hotel "Ibis Red" which will be managed by the company "Akor". This budget brand offers guests the best ratio of price, comfort, and environment. The simplistic volume of the building is juxtaposed with its existing environment. The shape and location are based on the study of wind and solar movement.

The color gradation of the facade is dictated by the view of the Caucasus range in the north and the corporate color of the brand.

The project is prepared according to "Ibis Construction and Renovation Guidelines (CRG)"

The building has 6 floors. A hotel reception, a bar, an open-air cafeteria, a lounge, common and disabled toilets, and a meeting room are located on the ground floor. On the same floor, in the northeastern part of the building, there is a one-story building, in which the auxiliary, administrative and other service spaces are located.

From the second to the fifth floor, guest rooms and their auxiliary rooms are located.

The entrances to the building are completely separated, where the flow of visitors and the service part do not cross each other. A farm supply area is conveniently arranged, which does not fall into the field of view of the vacationer. The building includes evacuation exits, stairwells and mechanical engineering devices in accordance with fire safety norms and is adapted for people with disabilities.
