Hotel Manino Utsera
The Hotel is located in Racha, North-West of Georgia, Village Utsera, 1000 meters above sea level. The surrounding nature inspired the architectural concept of the project. The idea was to create an atmosphere, blurring borders between indoors and outdoors, achieved by large parts of transparent façade and using local materials, such as stone from a nearby river and wood. The hotel has 14 rooms and can accommodate max—36 people at once.
